Avoid sporadic build failures due to insufficient memory. According to past builds, aarch64 uses about 7.8 GiB and armv7 about 4.5 GiB.

- Set minimum amount of RAM in _constraints to 8 GiB for aarch64,
  use the default value of 6 GiB for armv7/armv6
