Update to wayland 1.18 (for Staging:V)
- Replace public key in keyring with
34FF9526CFEF0E97A340E2E40FDE7BE0E88F5E48
(Simon Ser <contact at emersion.fr>).
- Update to release 1.18
* Add API to tag proxy objects to allow applications and
toolkits to share the same Wayland connection
* Track wayland-server timers in user-space to prevent creating
too many FDs
* Add wl_global_remove, a new function to mitigate race
conditions with globals
- Update to new upstream release 1.17
* There is now a protocol to express an internal server error
message, and a new version of the wl_seat protocol with no
changes other than keymaps must be private.
