This package installs the basic directory structure. It also includes
the home directories of system users.

- add /usr/share/licenses - do not put dir modifiers on symlinks - change license to MIT as GPL doesn't make sense for a package that only contains directories. Also include a LICENSE.txt with the sources (bnc#822602). - bump version to 13.1 - Add systemd %_unitdir - move sysctl directories here - Add directory.list64 for aarch64 - Revert /var/run and /var/lock being symlinks for now. - remove get_version_number.sh, it's unused since ages - Revert last change since aaa_base removed /usr/lib/tmpfiles.d. - own /usr/lib/tmpfiles.d - Remove also /sbin/conf.d/ (SuSEconfig directory). - replace /var/run and /var/lock directories with symlinks to /run and /run/lock (respectively). - Remove SuSEconfig directories [FATE#100011]
