Dynamically update DNS records with a simple http request

Create your own dyndns server by using this simple cgi script to update
dynamic records in a zone.
A bind nameserver must be configured to accept dynamic record updates
using the nsupdate utility; This also means that a setup is present with
keys for bind accessible by the cgi script, eg the wwwrun user or www group.
A password must be transmitted with the request to update a hostname.
Please see the file /usr/share/doc/packages/dyndns-lite/README-dyndns-lite.txt.

CAUTION: not fully implemented yet!
Missing:
* docs to generate the bind specific setup for dynamic updates
* client shell script.
