Smart Sharpening for gimp

This (python) plugin for gimp does apply the unsharp mask filter to the image selectively.
Unlike the standard tool which does the selection by a threshold, this tool uses a high-pass filter
(neon edge detection) to determine where to apply. The filter is blurred and applied as a mask to the
sharpened layer.
