phytime v20120412 (Estimates node ages and substitution rates in phylogenetic trees using a fast Bayesian approach)
PhyTime is a program that estimates node ages and substitution rates using a fast Bayesian approach. It relies on a Gibbs sampler which outperforms the 'standard' Metropolis-Hastings algorithm implemented in a number of phylogenetic softwares.
