A vanilla PHP package to test phpdoc

I am unable to run the command { phpdoc -c makedocs; } under the PHP provided by openSuSE.
I was told on ##php that it is openSuSE-specific.
I created a project to run this command in build, and the build failed (PHP out of memory).
I am trying to build a vanilla PHP to run phpdoc on it.
