This package is based on the package 'pulseaudio' from project 'openSUSE:Factory'.

pulseaudio is a networked sound server for Linux and other Unix like
operating systems and Microsoft Windows. It is intended to be an
improved drop-in replacement for the Enlightened Sound Daemon (ESOUND).

- Add pkgconfig(udev) BuildRequires: we explicitly expect udev.pc
  to be present to define _udevrulesdir.

This helps with the changes done in systemd 222.
