Hi, apparently the terms of [Microsoft's Software License], which also covers Skype, forbid the redistribution of their software (for e.g. via the OBS). Is there an explicit agreement/permission from Microsoft for an exception to their license that allows you to host this package on the OBS and redistribute it? Otherwise, according to https://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:Build_Service_application_blacklist#Packages_without_OSI_approved_license, this needs to be taken down.
