When packaging easyrpg-libretro please don't use the Makefile.libretro stuff. This is just there (with many totally outdated dependencies) to make the libretro buildbot happy and is very fragile. For packaging please use the upstream repo (tagged at 0.6.1, soon at 0.6.2) at https://github.com/easyrpg/player and follow the libretro CMake instructions (section "Building a libretro core" in the readme). See also https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/home:easyrpg/easyrpg-player for the required dependencies (note that this uses autotools which doesnt support building the libretro core).
