From 867fabc90f7037358fff4b05a4f2c795477f5ba0 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001
From: Matthew Treinish <treinish@linux.vnet.ibm.com>
Date: Thu, 20 Oct 2011 15:41:06 -0400
Subject: [PATCH/RFC 2/7] Added support for FH_EXPIRE_TYPE attribute.

FH_EXPIRE_TYPE is used by the client to determine
what type of filehandle the server is providing for a
particular filesystem.

I added the bitmask to fsinfo since the bitmask is
set per filesystem.
