- update to 2.3:
  + fixed -T option usage
  + Added possibility to supply username/password/priviledge-level 
    as parameters -U/-P/-L when someones wants to avoid using the 
    FreeIPMI config file.
  + Added -O option to pass FreeIPMI options directly to the plugin
  + Improved readability and articulateness of the help text
  + Added -b option to enable backward compatibility with FreeIPMI 0.5
  + Added ipmimonitoring version information in verbose output (-v 3)
  + Added -o zenoss option to create Zenoss compatible output underscores
    instead of whitespaces and no single quotes
  + Added errormessage when ipmimonitoring tool has not been found
  + Added PNP4Nagios default-combinedgraph.template - see
    http://lists.thomas-krenn.com/pipermail/ipmi-plugin-user/2011-June/
- added pnp4nagios template in /usr/share/pnp4nagios/templates.dist
- added README.SuSE for the pnp4nagios template in docdir
