Software-defined radio (SDR) receiver/decoder for Automatic Dependent
Surveillance-Broadcast Mode (ADS-B) and Secondary Surveillance Systems
Radar (Mode A/C, Mode S) signals.

* Complete setting up and getting data flow from receivers as DVB-T RTL2832
  (in SDR mode) or Airspy.
* Decoding received data and rebroadcast DF messages in some format to a
  various output data streams with access from multiple network clients
* Display statistics of received data on own built-in WEB server and
  read/write access to database files.
