This update brings the core Go language package up to date with the latest
bugfixes and supported version. In addition to the numerous smaller bug,
documentation and language fixes the following two issues are addressed.
- Potential DoS from an algorithmic complexity attack on the hashmap implementation.
- Too many successive collisions in the underlying hash algorithm could cause the
runtime to skip fields or values in a hashmap.
