NetworkManager: Several Bug fixes
This update fixes the following issue for NetworkManager:
- bnc#768564: This fix avoids APs from being removed on disconnect.
- bnc#780911: Remove dbus-system-service for NetworkManager, to prevent warnings about it not being running
