SuSEfirewall2: enable DHCPv6 reply handling
This update fixes the following issues with SuSEfirewall2:
- bnc#783002:
+ allows DHCPv6 replies to arrive at the machine, even with
the firewall enabled.
+ This avoids curious effects in networks where IPv6 numbers are distributed
via DHCPv6.
