timidity: Several bugfixes
This update fixes the following issues for timidity:
- bnc#788444: Fixed init script TIM_ALSASEQPARAM -> TIM_ALSASEQPARAMS
- Reversed value of the two pameters in /etc/sysconfig/timidity and added some extra parameters as default
- Added some comment about the values of the paramters and two recommended package: fluid-soundfont-gm and fluid-soundfont-gs
- README.SuSE copied in doc directory
