ksshaskpass: Install the binary in %{_libexecdir}/ssh
This update fixes the following issue for ksshaskpass:
- bnc#788963: Install the binary in %{_libexecdir}/ssh. This change is necessary to be consistent with the change in the openssh package which happened for 12.2, see bnc#712025.
