systemd: collective update
This update fixes the following issues for systemd:
- bnc#780966: don't kill long-running non-control process when restarting services
- bnc#783317: correctly log in journal messages from terminated process
- bnc#779449: additional journal fixes
- bnc#789151: remove workaround for manpage, no longer needed and it was breaking some manpages
