nss_ldap: ldap.conf is now part of nss_ldap since pwdutils was dropped
This update fixes the following issues for nss_ldap:
- bnc#809245: ldap.conf is now part of nss_ldap since pwdutils was dropped
- removed no longer needed %post scriptlet
