libvdpau: Update to v0.6 and droped a broken patch
This update fixes the following issues for libvdpau:
- bnc#811360: Drop libvdpau-alway-workaround-libflash.patch while this fixes flash plugin, it breaks all the other apps. (bnc#811360)
- Update to v0.6
* Make use of dri2proto_CFLAGS when building.
* Fix leaked extension info on library unload
* Use AC_CONFIG_HEADERS instead of AM_CONFIG_HEADER to appease automake 1.13
