This update fixes the following issue for pixman:
- update to version 0.24.0
- faster bilinear scaling on SSE2 and ARM NEON
- several new fast paths for ARM NEON
- support for the iwMMXt vector instruction set
- improved support for building with MSVC
- large number of other optimizations, bug fixes and internal cleanups
