This update fixes the following issues with libqt4 and akonadi-runtime:
- akonadi-runtime:
+ Update to 1.10.3
* Fix support for latest PostgreSQL
* Check MySQL version at runtime, require at least 5.1
* Fix crash when destroying DataStore with backends other than MySQL
* Fix problem with too long socket paths
* Send dummy queries to MySQL to keep the connection alive
* Fix crash when no flags are changed

- libqt4:
- Drop 0007-postgresql-driver-escape-backslashes-only-when-serve.patch. Bug has been fixed properly with akonadi 1.10.3, and the patch conflicts with the resolution in akonadi.
