systemd-presets-branding-openSUSE: Enable iscsi daemon socket and iscsi service
This udpate fixes the following issue with systemd-presets-branding-openSUSE:
- bnc#853300: Enable iscsi daemon socket and iscsi service as installed, so that iscsid.service can be socket-activated.
