fcitx: Two fixes
This update fixes the following issues with fcitx:
- bnc#845860: Fix *-32bit post and postun calls for gtk-query-immodules-2 on openSUSE 13.1 and later
- bnc#853063: fix fcitx can't input in gnome-terminal

gnome-settings-daemon override env variables from /etc/X11/xim.d/fcitx, that cause fcitx cant type in QT-base application.
