Recommended udpate for obs-service-format_spec_file
This recommended update for obs-service-format_spec_file fixes the following issues:
- change company name
+ SUSE LINUX Products GmbH => SUSE LINUX GmbH
- remove PKGBUILD as it makes factory submissions impossible
- one more license
