This recommended update for digikam fixes the following issues:
- explicitly enable (external) mysql support, this is disabled by
default since 4.6.0 (boo#939431)
- Add fix-crash-with-tags-manager-add-tag-with-null-parent.patch:
fix crash in tag manager when adding tags with no parent tag
selected (boo#940857, kde#343548)
