Recommended update for ksh

The Korn Shell (ksh) was downgraded from 93v to 93u, as version 93v is not
as stable as version 93u. This is inline with the purpose of the Legacy
Module, which is to provide a compatibility layer for customers who need
more time to migrate from SUSE Linux Enterprise 11 to 12.

The updated package has its version set to 93vu to ensure the software update
stack (RPM, zypper) will see it as a regular update. Users who want to stay
with version 93v can prevent the update with 'zypper addlock ksh'.

This update was imported from the SUSE:SLE-12:Update update project.
