This recommended update for i3 fixes the following issues:

- Backport XKB fixes from 4.11:
* Bugfixes:
- Translate bindsym bindings upon ISO_Next_Group
- Use libxkbcommon for translating keysyms, support all XKB groups
- bindings: invert shift bit, don't just remove it
- sort bindings, re-ordering once is not enough
