Recommended update for phantomjs
This update for phantomjs fixes the following issues:
- Downgrade phantomjs to 2.1.1 to fix an issue where PhantomJS crashes on startup. (boo#1008760)
- Stop PhantomJS crashing due to wrong Qt plugin type used.
