Recommended update for virtualbox
This update for virtualbox fixes the following issues:
* Add VBoxVNC as a proper external pack rather than just make the shared
library available. (bnc#1037033)
* The build requires now libelf-devel. (bnc#1037511)
* Further improvements in the startup of VirtualBox through use of systemd
service files.
