Recommended update for dracut
This update for dracut fixes the following issues:
- Fix assemble of RSTe array on UEFI machines in kdump context. (bsc#1028542)
- Better document mkinitrd's -k option. (bsc#1012656)
- Fix syntax error in installkernel script. (bsc#1032576)
- Fix calculation of network masks. (bsc#1035743)
