This update for gnuhealth, tryton fixes the following issues:

Fixes in gnuhealth 3.2.9:

- Removing the patient field before saving the record generates an error
- ome on_change numeric method operations generate traceback
- WHR should be on the same line as hip and waist fields

Tryton was updated to 4.2.9, trytond to 4.2.8, trytond_purchase_request to 4.2.3
for several minor code bug fixes.
