Recommended update for PackageKit-Qt
This update for PackageKit-Qt fixes the following issues:
- Uses now the NetworkManager's dbus signal when PackageKit is not running and thus, can't
emit a propertiesUpdated signal when the network changes its state. (boo#1103678)
