- Do not package tests (python-agent-azure-setup.diff, bsc#974899)
- Enable unit tests during build
- Disable test_check_pid (fails if /proc is not available,
  python-azure-agent-disable-test-check-pid.diff)
- Do not run sed on every file (corrupts sample_ext.zip)
- Do not mark /usr/lib/udev/rules.d files as %config
