- Version bump to 1.2.12
  * Fix: SAPHanaSR-angi: scale-out worker show running after

    saphana_monitor needs to send OCF_NOT_RUNNING for PROBES,
    if the workload is down AND clone-flag is "DEMOTED".
    This allows crm_mon to show the proper (stopped) status.
  * Enhance fencing behavior in case of FAST-STOP
    Trigger fencing when running into timeouts or getting lss==0
    In case of Scale-Out score the nameserver slave higher than a
