Subject: s390x/pci: rename hotplug handler callbacks
Include-If: %if 0%{?suse_version} == 1315
Git-commit: fa2a7751172b6228706decfbdddb6eac39052ab1
References: bsc#1179725
The callbacks are also called for cold plugged devices. Drop the "hot"
to better match the actual callback names.
