- Updated kde-servicemenu-open_terminal_here_as_root.patch to make it KDE5 and
  xdg compatible.
- Changes in spec file to make it KDE5 compatible. Mainly:
  * Replaced kde4-filesystem build requirement with kf5-filesystem.
  * Removed update-desktop-files build requirement and %kde_post_install macro
    (not needed anymore).
  * Replaced dolphin runtime requirement with dolphin5.
  * Replaced konsole runtime requirement with konsole5.

- Initial rpm release (version 0.1).
- Added a patch (kde-servicemenu-open_terminal_here_as_root.patch) for the
  following:
  * Make it KDE4 and xdg compatible.
  * Make it work for locked directories also.
  * Fix icon.
  * Use kdesu instead of su in Exec entry.
  * Fix Color Scheme option with newer konsole.
  * Cosmetic improvements.
