- Implement tests as part of %check; needs BuildRequires:
python3-pytest, python3-ligo-lw, and python3-matplotlib.
- Add Requires: python-ligo-lw as tests show it is necessary
during runtime.
- ExcludeArch 32-bit, as tests fail and upstream confirms that it
is not supported
(https://git.ligo.org/lscsoft/lalsuite/-/issues/371).
