This package supports multiple instances.
Just go and put additional configuration files into /etc/sysconfig/minidlna.d, e.g. a minidlna configuration for server1. Then enable it via systemd like this: systemctl enable minidlna@server1.service. Now you are ready to start this instance. Do this for any other number of instances you like. Be aware of assigning each instance a different port.
