- clean up spec file and rpmlintrc
- add patch to support eMClient for OX App Suite (automx-ox.patch)
  by supporting CalDAV, CardDAV and X-OX-APPSUITE in autodiscover
- add apache configuration to enable the MacOS/iOS web provisioning
  if installed as automx-web
