  - fix build with vdr 2.2.0 / 2.3.1
  - added service interface
  - added SVDRP interface
- removed obsolete patches:
  10_suspendoutput_vdr-2.1.x_compat.patch
  11_suspendoutput_svdrp.patch
- rebased patches:
  12_suspendoutput_nooutput.patch
  50_suspendoutput-new-gcc.diff
- Attention: the SVDRP interface is slightly different than in the
  old non-upstreamed patch: old command -> new command
  SUSP -> SUSPEND, RESU -> RESUME
