if you only install kdelibs, this is the only kcontrol module
and without kdebase's kde-settings.menu uncategorized, so it's
shown in Lost+Found. So assume this is only interesting for
people having installed kdebase too - and indeed it is: it uses
kcmshell (and should really be in kdebase or kdepim)
