Subject: [PATCH 2/4] fix xdg desktop portal lxqt

xdg-desktop-portal-lxqt isn't being started by xdg-desktop-portal on
login, running "/usr/libexec/xdg-desktop-portal --replace" after login
via this desktop file ensures that the lxqt portal is running
