Subject: [PATCH] Extended Delete
References: bsc#870211, bsc#945705
Delete boot entries not only by number. but alse based on
- partition UUID, optionally restricted by loader
or
- disk and partition, again optionally restricted by loader.
This does unfortunately require an API-change of efivar!
