Please stop this change!

This package is not installable due to some shared lib shipped with rspamd source.

Installing this package does currently not work. Can we please disable auto-submission?

Installcheck blocks further progress on this submit request, so it'll just lay around until installation works, no harm done.

You can decline this sr for instance by adding a review on yourself and declining it, which should prevent obs-autosubmit from submitting again (unless that's also broken), or add the openSUSE:DisableAutoSubmit attribute to the package to disable autosubmit altogether.
