Here, an error happened (noticed now why looking at RPM 4.19 issues)
The user fluidsynth is no longer being generated, BUT there is a directory packaged that is supposed to have user ownership on said removed user.
is that still valid? If so, then we need to get the user created (and advertised in rpm metadata)
The directory must be a leftover and unused any longer. Tracked in bsc#1219124. I'm going to submit the fix.
