Thanks. Couple of potential issues:

• The %_libdir/*.so.* should probably go in a new shlib package (with appropriate Requires added to the -devel pkg).
• If not that, then the -devel pkg ought to have a Requires on the %name pkg, shouldn't it?

Everything else looks fine to me.

Unfortunately, the package is still somewhat messy - e.g. it bundles libteuchos from trilinos, and it could probably made to compile on 15.4 with adjusted boost dependencies.

I have filed several issues upstream, but there is not yet any response.
