example would be "A_tw-ffmpeg-5" in Packman.
Attention, "ffmpeg-5-mini-rpmlintrc" is not mentioned in spec files as source or patch.
which is not true as it is listed in the ffmpeg-5-mini case of ffmpeg-5.spec in line 837!
The package had two rpmlintrcs, but only one would be matched by "%name-rpmlintrc". The warning was valid.
