I recommend to bump the version so that consumers can BuildRequire it properly with version constraints (fights against obscure build fails like https://build.opensuse.org/package/live_build_log/openSUSE:Factory:Staging:adi:66/python-oslo.concurrency/standard/x86_64 )
its a backport, we're at 2023.* but previous version updates were always rejected :/
